Radiate Art Space

Show Details:

1. Set up begins at 8:00am on Sunday September 29th.
2. All tents must be properly anchored and/or weighted.
3. All vendors and arriving in separate vehicles will park in vendor designated area.
4. Booths are to be open and manned from 10:00am - 3:00pm. (No early break down.)
5. Vendor will be responsible for their own trash removal.
6. This is an outside event & will be held rain or shine.
7. No electricity is available.

Show Fees:

Food Truck: $125 due upon booking

Cancellation Policy:

Vendor cancellations received no later than August 31, 2024 will receive a full refund if we can fill your space. If we cannot fill your space, we will refund half of your fee. Cancellations received between September 1, 2024 and the day of the event will receive no refund unless we have someone to fill your space.
